Welcome to our latest update for parents planning Nursery admission at Bhavan’s ARRS for the 2026-27 academic year. Here’s everything you need to know to make the process smooth and stress-free:

📌 Key Dates & Process

The application form will be available for download from 1st December 2025 (10:00 AM) to 6th December 2025 (4:00 PM). 

Completed application forms must be submitted in person at the school office, along with the required documents, between 3rd December (9:30 AM) and 9th December 2025 (12:30 PM). Registration fee is ₹2000 (cash). 

The “draw of lots” for seat allocation will be held on 20th December 2025 at 4:00 PM in the school premises. 

🎯 Eligibility & Documents Required

Age requirement: Child must be at least 3 years old by 31st May 2026, but not yet 4 years as of that date — i.e. born between 01-06-2022 and 31-05-2023. 

Mandatory documents to attach (self-attested copies):

1. Certified Date of Birth Certificate (issued by municipal/mandal authority) 

2. Residence proof 

3. Copy of Aadhaar card of the child. 

4. If the child has a sibling already studying at the school — a bonafide certificate of that sibling. 

5. For foreign-citizen children, a valid VISA copy for the period of study. 

At the time of registration, parents must bring original documents for verification. 

⚠️ Important Instructions & Policies

Application forms filled with incorrect or inconsistent details (esp. name or date of birth) will be rejected. 

Submission of multiple applications for the same child leads to cancellation of all applications. 

Canvassing or approaching the school with recommendations are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. 

If the child is under a guardian (not parents), an authorization letter signed by both parents mentioning guardian details must be submitted. 

✅ What Parents Should Do — A Quick Checklist

Ensure child’s age falls in the required window (born between 01-06-2022 and 31-05-2023).

Download form early (from 1 Dec) and pay registration fee exactly ₹2000 in cash.

Prepare self-attested copies of required documents + originals for verification.

Double-check names and DOB on form to match official certificate.

Submit only one application per child.

If applying under guardian, carry parent’s authorization letter.
